Konmison team building
With the arrival of autumn, the company’s annual traditional activity – mountain climbing. This climbing activity was divided into 8 groups for pk, each with different awards, which motivates our partners to move forward all the way. However, there was no autumn in Guangzhou. We climbed Baiyun Mountain in the 30-degree weather under the searing sun. This was a test of perseverance, which tested our physical limits. It was a kind of self-challenge, and also a reflection of team wisdom.
The whole journey was about 8 kilometers, and each group chased each other, so you will inevitably get tired on the way. Many of us were so tired that wanted to give up, but in order not to drag the team down, they continued to overcome difficulties and did not stop for a moment until they reached the top. Such perseverance is not only reflected in mountain climbing, but also in daily work.
