We subject all materials to strict testing using special tools and equipment to see that every batch stored in the warehouse meets rigorous standards.

PC materials from Kostrom assure low defective rate and high transparency ensuring precision and high performance on our machines.
Taiwan Chi Mei, where we source our ABS designed to fit and house the equipment with no warping issue.
We use the display screen from Devon, which provides clear visual output for our machines with stable quality screens.
Our metal parts are made from 303 food-grade stainless steel, safe and hypoallergenic suitable for any cosmetic procedures.

Meticulous Component Installation

Our skilled workers handle the installation of the circuit boards, then the board is tested for aging and power. We test our boards for any flaws using a computer burn-in program to ensure the quality and performance of every unit.

Skilled Machine Assembly

Efficiency in the assembly of every accessory is crucial to our experienced workers. The whole machine is put together with precision and in record time. Though assembly is fast, we have inspectors to ensure quality is not compromised.

Full Machine Aging

Aging tests are performed on every function of the machine to assess the reliability of each component. When a prototype is developed, it undergoes a minimum of 48 hours of aging testing before moving on to the next step.

Rigorous Final Inspection

Before they are prepared for shipment, each machine and relevant accessories are tested by factory personnel. The machine is tested before final packaging to ensure every component is working, and the final test result ensures quality before the machine is shipped.
