1. Diode Laser for Hair Removal: The diode laser generates light at a particular wavelength, and this machine has 3 wavelengths at 808 nm, 755 nm, and 1064 nm. The pigment melanin found in the hair follicles selectively absorbs this wavelength. The melanin in the hair follicles absorbs the laser energy when the Diode laser is pointed at the treatment region. This energy is subsequently transformed into heat, which impairs the capacity of the hair follicles to produce hair. The targeted hair follicles significantly deteriorate over time and after several treatments, which reduces hair growth and density.
2. The Nd Yag Pico Laser for Tattoo Removal (EN137B): This Nd Yag Pico Laser Handle produces light pulses with longer wavelengths of 4 laser heads, including 532nm, 1064nm, 1320nm and 755nm. For locating tattoo ink particles buried deep inside the skin, use this wavelength. The tremendous light intensity produced when the Nd Yag laser is used on the tattooed area causes a photothermal effect. The heat created by this process fractures the tattoo ink particles into tiny pieces.
